Hello!
My name is Theodosis Moumiadis, friends usually call me Theo and I am a happy husband, father of two youngs kids and a proud Mechanical Engineer.
Born and grew in Athens - Greece but not always based there as I have moved for work in several areas of Greece, North Africa (Morocco) and Middle East (Doha and Dubai).

I like to say that I am an engineer because I continuous like to learn and solve problems. Engineers are problem solvers!
I work almost 18 years in the field of MEP design for buildings and infrastructure industry and one of the things I always wanted to do is to share my knowledge with other engineers in the sector or people that are interesting to learn how we design systems.
This is the mission of this blog as well. To share my knowledge in a way that is responsible, documented, with proper references and in a very technical way.
Further to that I have a personal inspiration about the way new digital technologies are evolving into our life and work. I spend most of my free time following several latest technology trends about artificial intelligence (AI) and the implementation in buildings services and infrastructure design process.
Based on that I also share through this blog my private research on elements towards a transformative business environment where MEP design will implement collective intelligence between humans and machines. I try to code or describe AI agents that can take over more repetitive work (prediction platforms) and engineers which as humans have critical thinking and real intelligence can spend their time on design optimization tasks.
Hope to enjoy and support my effort just by sharing any post that you think worths to be seen by others.
